  • I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
    In order to obtain your password, you must return to, where you originally signed-up for and click on the "Forgot Password?" link found on the Log-In page. You will then be asked to provide the email address you used to join the site with. Once completed, your password will be e-mailed back to you. If you aren't receiving your password via email, be sure to check your email account's spam folder.
  • How to ship an Inmate Magazine to Correctional Facilities
    Confirm Allowed by Institution Inmates and family & friends of inmates, please make sure your institution allows adult inmate magazines and adult jail books to be purchased. We will not issue a refund once we acquire a tracking number of the package. Also take note of how many adult magazines you are allowed to order at once. Add Inmate Number Type in inmate number next to their last name when ordering. We DO NOT ship out of the U.S. If we don’t have the magazine you have chosen, we will replace it.   • How often will I be charged for my membership?
    Membership Charges The Digital Club monthly memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 30 days thereafter until cancelled. The Diamond Club, Recurring yearly memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 365 days thereafter until cancelled. The Hall Pass Trial memberships are billed upon sign-up and are automatically billed every 7 days thereafter until cancelled.
  • How does Trial and Special-Offer Memberships work?
    Many of the membership allow for the purchase of a trial membership preview at a special-offer price and are only available for a certain number of days. All trial memberships are automatically upgraded to standard monthly memberships unless they are cancelled within the trial period. Please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” or FAQs of the website for further information.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your own membership by clicking here, and logging in with the same email address and password that you use on the website you have a membership to. If you don't know this information, then please send us a message via our contact form.     Are there web browsers wee recommended to be used with "I'Adore Magazine"? We support all the latest versions of major web browsers but not all browsers offer the same benefits in speed and security. For the best experience we recommend that you use Google Chrome.
